Participants attempt to cover as much of their assigned portions of the Clinton CBC (MICL) and count all individuals and species of wild birds during the defined count day each season.
Numbers are compiled and submitted to the state and national CBC coordinators. When required for rare or uncommon species, additional details (written reports and/or photos) are supplied to the coordinators.
